Life is stressful and you don’t have to deal with it alone! We’ll work collaboratively to silence that pesky inner critic so that your true voice can finally be heard by increasing self- awareness, understanding and acceptance through non-judgmental exploration of all aspects of life.
I am here to listen to your story to gently help you sort through what might feel like a big overwhelming pile of mess, whether from unwanted emotions, too much stress, unresolved interpersonal traumas, or a nagging sense of dissatisfaction with life and just feeling stuck. These issues may be manifesting in a variety of ways such as anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional intensity, and relationship issues. Together we’ll uncover the truth of what your pain is trying to tell you about yourself, what’s really important to you, and what is and is not working in your life. This is such an important precursor to lasting change – but it’s not easy! My style is integrative and acknowledges the importance of body/mind/soul in treating underlying mental and emotional imbalances which disrupt a sense of well-being by interfering with the natural process of digesting and integrating life experiences.
