I’m an Ayurvedic Lifestyle practitioner and Yoga-Teacher. My gift is coaching how to thrive in body, – mind, and – heart, age gracefully, and live a disease free life by self-care and self -love. This comes from understanding that in this impossibly perfect world we are given an abundance of food and natural resources. This gift we are given leaves me humble and grateful for Mother Earth.
My parents are from India, and I live in USA with my husband and boys. Our modern hectic lifestyle while very gratifying leaves one with no time and a lot of stress. Living a hectic life depletes our-selves.
I realize that so many of us are caretakers, but no one takes care of “us”.Going back to my roots, I found Ayurveda and recipes from my elders. I now specialize in coaching people on how to nourish and love themselves.
Health and beauty begins from within. I can guide you in building a healthy immune system, so you are free of dis-eases and can live a healthy, happy, stress-free life, gaining better sleep and more energy just by following 10 simple habits. I teach you thoughtful and practical application of Yoga, Ayurveda and Kitchen Medicine to evolve, transform and lead you to a vibrant, graceful life.
I am a certified Ayurvedic practitioner through NAMA (The National Ayurvedic Medical Association) and APPANA (Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America). RYT 500 Yoga Alliance registered teacher.
I am forever grateful to my amazing teachers: John Friend, Desiree Rambaugh, BJ Galvan, Christina Sell, Noah Maze, Dr. Douglas Brooks.
