Forest Seifert received his Ayurveda Food & Nutrition Consultant certificate from the International University of Yoga & Ayurveda, Florida, USA. He is passionate about various cooking recipes and fond of eating good healthy food. He is very innovative and creative in cooking various vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and lactose free dishes. He is always seeking and learning about the healing qualities of various spices, condiments, foods and he is a firm believer of the ayurvedic system of healing. He is continuing his education in ayurveda to become a lifestyle consultant and a practitioner and he plans to go to India to learn more about ayurveda.
