I’m so honored that you are considering joining me to THRIVE! I am passionate about sharing my love for yoga with others because I truly believe that mindful practices like yoga & its sister science Ayurveda give us the tools to we need to live our very best lives.
I found yoga at a time in my life when I desperately needed to reconnect with myself to deal with the physical and emotional toll of recurrent miscarriages. On my mat, I was able to process my grief, reconnect with myself and learn to love and appreciate a body that had once felt ‘broken’. I knew that I had found my calling in sharing yoga with others so that they too could feel better by managing their physical and mental health and well-being in a holistic way.
If we allow it to, yoga can become a refuge from the craziness of our daily lives. Our yoga mat becomes a place to find oneself, a place to drop in to ourselves and connect, a place of union with peace, joy and ultimately, love. Yoga helps us THRIVE!
