Mike and Beth discovered yoga while raising their four small children. As they began to heal their body, mind and spirit, yoga quickly became an integral part of their daily lives and Roots to Wings became their second home. Mike and Beth have managed and operated Roots to Wings since 2009 and took over ownership in 2010. Mike and Beth are deeply committed to sharing their love of yoga and healing, and being a part of a community based on living healthier, happier, and more peaceful lives. Their vision is to spread greater health, peace and wellness to the community through yoga, healing, meditation, music, kids programs, and living healthy programs.
