Dosha benefits: Vata
Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Water 2 cups
Milk ½ cup (substitute with coconut or almond milk for vegans)
Palm sugar 2 tsp
Add 2 cups of water to 2 spoons of sesame seeds.
Boil it in low flame and reduce the volume of water to ½ cup
Filter the decoction of sesame seeds.
Add hot milk to it.
Add palm sugar and mix well.
Sesame drinks are good to drink during the change of seasons, when ojas or immunity can become depleted.
